Like it is a tradition we celebrated a Motus Christi in our formation house St. Benno at the weekend of Pentecost from 7th to the 10th of June.
In this year it was particular that young families and some students of a teacher who is member of our Familia Idente stayed with us.
The topic this year was the role of Mary in our lives: her Fiat, her mission and how she accompanies us in our lives. The teenagers work on the topics of friendship, fidelity and the parable of the sower. One of the teenagers is not baptized yet and at the end of the Motus she expressed her consideration to get baptized.
The testimonies in the chapel were equally of great impact to help all of us reflect on our own spiritual life.
The family spirit that Fernando Rielo has taught us has attained its full splendor in the moments of living together: the meals, walking together, our Ateneo … this contributes that unity and friendship between all doesn´t need a long time to establish.
At Sunday after the service in the parish of St. Benno, we get to know a young Indonesian woman called Linda. She joined our Motus until the end. She expressed several times that this encounter was a gift for her.
At the end of the Motus at the charismatic touch you could see, that the presence of our mother Mary was noticeable during the 3 days and moved us all to pronounce the final yes to grace and pure love.
