On March 6 and 7, 2018, the XVI Conference “The values of peace in the resolution of conflicts” organized jointly with the Fernando Rielo Foundation, in a fruitful academic cooperation relationship, will be held at the University of Seville.
The Conference is aimed at university students and the general public interested in the subject. The seminar will be held in the Assembly Hall of the Faculty of Educational Sciences of the university, coordinated by Prof. Manuela Barcia Moreno. The Department of Educational Didactics and Organization of the Faculty of Education Sciences is responsible for the execution, with the collaboration of the Vice-Rector of the University of Seville, the Religious Assistance Service of the University (SARUS) and the Fernando Rielo Foundation.
The objectives proposed by the event are:
- To base the personal development from the Ethics and the Human Rights in an anthropology whose center is the person and its dignity.
- Build the reflection and experience of basic values.
- Help to apply these values in practice to the resolution of conflicts in the personal and social coexistence areas.
