On Sunday, June 18, we celebrated our Motus Chisti retreat in Tokyo, in the parish of St. Ignatius, attended by people baptized and unbaptized, as is customary in our activities on these lands. It was an international meeting, with participants from Japan, Colombia, Indonesia, Peru and Spain.
This time we reflect on our fears and their causes. Also on the response that Christ gives us, that invites us to put our fears in his hands and to trust in Him, and to live always with a pure intention. The words of Christ were also remembered (Mt.7: 21). “Where your treasure is, there your heart is.”
It was an endearing and enriching journey, where we all share our desire to love Christ more and to share with others what we receive from Him.
