A. Registration process:

  1. Registration to the Conference will not be confirmed until the completed form has been received and processed by the Conference Secretariat.
  2. The Fernando Rielo Foundation is not responsible if your spam filters block your confirmation email. Please make sure that your spam filters allow email from: congreso@idente.org

B. Cancellation Policy

  1. The registration to the Conference can only be cancelled by writing to the secretariat: congreso@idente.org
  2. Substitutions may be made at any time. If you wish to substitute a participant, please contact the Conference Secretariat as soon as possible.

The Conference schedule is subject to change. Please visit our website for updated details.

D. Personal information

  1. Participants’ contact details will be stored in the Fernando Rielo Foundation’s database, which will be used exclusively by the Fernando Rielo Foundation.
  2. Participants’ contact details will not be sold or provided to third parties.

  4. Email addresses will also be used to communicate last minute details and announcements of future events of the Fernando Rielo Foundation.

F. Photos and videos
On behalf of the organizers UTPL and Fernando Rielo Foundation, please be informed that photos and videos will be taken during the online sessions of the Conference. They may be used for the purpose of documenting and reporting on the event. By registering, you accept the fact that photos of you may be used for publication in various professional media and related websites.

G. Plagiarism

  1. All papers submitted must be original. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academician. Therefore, any act of plagiarism is totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated. If an author is found to commit an act of plagiarism, the following sanction measures will be taken:
    1) The submitted article will be rejected and removed from final publications.
    2) The violation will be reported to the author, his/her supervisor(s) and his/her affiliated institution(s).
    3) The authors’ violation will be reported to the appropriate academic ethics oversight office and research funding agency.
    4) We will reserve the right to publish the name of the authors, the title of the article, the name of the affiliated institution and the details of the misconduct, etc. of the plagiarizer.
  2. Authors are responsible for obtaining all necessary approvals before submitting the article. Once the final manuscript has been received, it will not be possible to withdraw or revise the article.

H. Privacy Policy

In summary: registrants’ contact information is NOT shared with third parties without their consent. Registrants’ information is used primarily to verify registration and notify them of similar events held by the Fernando Rielo Foundation in the future.

The types of information we may collect include your email address, mailing address, and other contact or identifying information to register you for the conference.

Your privacy is very important for us, so we make sure that you are always in control of what we do with your personal information. We would like to share with you information and news about our activities. We may do this in several ways, such as by email, by post or on social media, but with your permission.

We do not share or sell your information to vendors or third parties.

No personal information will be retained longer than is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, and if you request it, it will be deleted.

The Fernando Rielo Foundation directly collects any sensitive information such as credit card details or Social Security number. All registrations and payments are made by bank transfer.
