IDENTE MISSIONARIES MISSION STATEMENT

The most important work of the idente missionaries, founded by Fernando Rielo, is to continue the task of the New Evangelization restoring, founding and projecting the true Christian values in current society, and to announce the Gospel to everyone that has not yet received the gift of Faith.

Fernando Rielo says: It is to show to all our brothers and siisters the fullness of Divine love by loving them. This Divine love symbolizes the love that must reign among us as a rule. This community factor must promote both a true culture and a true humanism in which we may reach a high human standing. All of this is possible based on our prayer state, as Pope John Paul II declares:"Yes, dear brothers and sisters, our Christian communities must become genuine "schools" of prayer, where the meeting with Christ is expressed not just in imploring help but also in thanksgiving, praise, adoration, contemplation, listening and ardent devotion, until the heart truly "falls in love". Intense prayer, yes, but it does not distract us from our commitment to history: by opening our heart to the love of God it also opens it to the love of our brothers and sisters, and makes us capable of shaping history according to God's plan." (Novo millennio ineunte, 33)..
